What membership options do you offer?We offer a range of affordable and flexible memberships. Check out our memberships tab in the main menu for all options.

Do I have to be a member to train at your facility?No, if you're not ready to commit to a longer term membership you can purchase a casual entry pass or train online within our app.

Can I put my membership on hold?No. We allow rebooking up to 24hrs before session. All online memberships are final upon purchase.

What do I need to bring when I train?When entering the facility, please have your membership tag so you can gain entry & be checked in, this assists us with contact tracing. What to bring: You must bring a towel to train - we have a no towel no train policy Enclosed shoes to be worn at all times (crocs, sandals or thongs aren't acceptable) Bring your water bottle - we have a water station Please bring a mat for floor training, particularly stretching & yoga

How do I access the facility without my key tag?Unfortunately we have a strict policy of no tag no entry. This allows us to keep members safe & accounted for.

How do I book a session?Check out our bookings tab in the main menu. We also have a app which is available in the App Store & google play where you can book also.

When will my order be shipped?Same Day Dispatch We understand that you don't want to wait days or even weeks for your order to arrive. If you order before 1pm AEST, we will dispatch your order the same day (*excludes weekends, public holidays, and sale days). Please note that current resource challenges due to Covid-19, may cause longer delivery times.

How Do I Get CECs for completing the program?AUSactive 3 CECs for face to face, 2 CEC's for online learning.

Can I teach right away after this program?Yes. With the correct insurance & valid cpr & first aid qualifications.

How is the program assessed?There is a practice teaching element. The practice teaching is done in a small group for face to face options & submitted via video for online option. You'll go through the practice teaching journal to self-assess how things went ie: what worked, what didn’t, what needs more practice, and what was your groups feedback.

How can I use this program?You are welcome to coach ankorr as it is instructed in the course, or blend the movements into any movement class, private training session or movement training session. There are no rules about how you can use this program, no 'set choreography', & we welcome you to use your knowledge, experience, & creativity with ankorr to create balanced & effective programming for your clients.

Are there any ongoing fees?No, there are no licensing fees, no ongoing costs, & no certification renewals required for this program. Download, save, & keep all your study materials.

When do I get my certificate?You'll receive your Competency & Completion Certificate (PDF) by email the same day as you successfully complete your course. This would require that you have paid for your course in full. (Additional charges for hard copies sent via mail)

What are your cancellation terms?Cancellations & reschedule accepted up to 24hrs before session. (Online programs ) Once the program package has been received, the program is non-refundable
